you wont run hot , but you might have battery charging issues unless you get the alternator pulley too, especially if you have stereo stuff , do you?

With pullys all you do is send less torque to the belt driven stuff.
It turns the P/S pump slower, the coolant pump slower, the alt slower, the A/C and air pump all slower.
Out of all the mods I have done and plan to do, under drive pullies is not one of them.
If you want to get better gas milage and send more power to the wheels I would un hook the belt to the A/C Unhook the power steering belt and can the smog pump and get a eletric coolant pump.
The eletric coolant pump is the only one I have not tryed yet. All the other ones work.
I think there are better mods than under drive pullys that you can do right now.

That is very incorrect, underdrive pulleys on a 3.4 are an excellent mod, bypassing the a/c WILL NOT make a noticeable difference in the 1/4 mile at all your not taking up horsepower if the a/c is turned off, all removing the a/c does is remove about 35lbs of weight. You will see a better et drop from the loss of weight than actually bypassing the a/c i had my a/c removed but its going back in its not worth it and i bet its not even worth a half a tenth in the 1/4 a/c makes you much to comfortable to remove it, i can see if it shaved .2 off or something like that. So many people say underdrive pulleys arent worth it on a 3.8 but 99% of those people never even had the pulleys on their 3.8, for less than 70.00 you really cant go wrong. He** so many people pay 500.00+ for headers that only give 5 hp oh well im done now
