I went to the track last fall for the first time.. I have a 96 3.8l bird ... slp cai, all new catback exhaust... and i got the y87 package.... I pulled consistent 15.5's and when i took off my belt for one run, which wasnt the smartest, i pulled a 15.3..... not too bad for a v6

I dont have my slips with me so I can only go off of memory. My best 1/4 time was 16.932. With a stock 3.8 and 3.08 gears without the Y87 package.

I dont have a clue why its only running high 16's. I figured I would be at least low 16's. Its pretty well stock. Maybe someone has some ideas.

Bone stock, mine went 16.3. I have no idea what it will do with the current mods., which are a CAI, pulley, thermostat, and an LT1 driveshaft. I'm really hoping for mid 15's. I also ran the 16.3 in cold weather.
