Porting stuff

I have a pair of V6 heads from my camaro 85. I have disambled them all the way.
Some one on the bord told me that they had push in rocker studs, well there not they have regular screw in type.
I was going to port them out and wanted to know how much I can take off the inside of the intake and exhaust ports?
I also wanted to know what I could do to port out the combusion chamber for a few more cc's to lower the C/R a little?
I am in no rush to do them I could not take my camaro to japan because of the cost of moding the car to pass local somg laws for a cost of around $5000. So I took parts of my car over there.

keep in mind that porting isnt just removing material, it is reshaping the runner for optimal flow. you can ruin a good set of heads if you dont know what u r doing. just think like air!!!and also, dont "port out" your combustion chamber. u can lower compression with pistons or athicker head gasket.
