My oil filter on my 99 Firebird seems to be stuck any ideas on how to get it off??

 

Are you using an oil filter wrench?

If that is slipping put some weather stripping or several layers of duct tape along the inside of the loop to make a tighter seal.

 

you can always use a screw driver and a hammer and hammer the screw driver in to it at an angle and use it to unscrew it. not the cleanest way of doin it but you're not goin to be using that filter again so it won't matter.
