Post only 110Mph?

Well tonight I went down this kinda long dark road in my town which is about 2 miles long...tress on both sides and a lil bumpy. I also had 2 other ppl in the car..and I only could get my 2000 Firebird V6 to 110 before the road ran out and I was prolly using a 1.5 of it to go fast than the road bends. I did let off the gas a lil than back to floored but still could only get 110 before i had to slow down..Think i can egt it to 130 if i have more room or do u think it was because i had 2 other ppl in the car? thanka for your help

First, stop doing high speed runs on a bumpy road. Second, i'm pretty sure your car has a limiter, and is probably around 115.

I don't know if it was just me getting nervous or what but it seemed like it took a while to get from about 105 to 118(fast lane ).

work on the launch and have fun with accelerating... the top speed stuff is only gonna be costly... big tickets or big damage. And since you know you are limited to 118, there is no need to see how fast it will go, you already know.
