Oil Change light
I know im asking you a simple question..so dont think i'm tryin to be a smartass or anything...but did you reset??...i know the first time the light came on, i got it changed, and i was expecting it to just know that it had clean oil in it..but than i read the owners manual and found out you have to reset it manually, by holding the little trip/reset button down for 12 seconds
The holding down the trip odometer for 12 seconds way only worked for me until I turned the car on again. Turning the key to the accesory mode and then pressing the gas 3 times made it reset the way it is supposed to. So if the 12 second reset doesn't work try the gas pedal one.

1. Turn the ignition to RUN but with the engine
off.
2. Push the Trip/Oil Reset button located on the
instrument panel for 12 seconds. The Oil
Change light will start to flash to confirm that
the system is reset. The reset is completed
when the Oil Change light goes out.
