non-fbody.....gm 3.8L v6 timing chain swap
timing chain needs to be replaced on a high mileage engine.
wondering if anyone has any tips.
started pulling stuff off the front.
i think the gears got worn down enough to allow the chain to skip and throw the timing WAY off. engine barely runs.
how do i go about getting the crank bolt off the pulley? can i put it in gear? impact wrench?
