I've got a 1995 camaro with a fan problem... I have hooked the fan directly to power souce and verified it's working.. I took the cap off the relay and it is contacting at idle while temp is running high. I put a volt meter on the output (green and grey wires) from the relay/fuse box and I am not getting voltage where I think I should. Can the relay still not pass current in the closed position? Can the a/c high pressure switch and or temp sensor still inhibit the relay in the closed (contacting position)?
Any suggestions besides replace the wires?
