Misfiring and ABS INOP?

I recently bough a 1995 Camaro 3.8L. I bought it as a project car and also maybe a daily driver. I have had TONS of problems because the previous owner had let it sit unmoved for a year. I have replaced radiator, heater hoses, water pump, plugs, plug wires, coil pack, ignition switch, intake, cat removed, muffler changed and a few other minor changes. The problem with the misfires has just started. All new plugs, right size wires, brand new coil pack and ignition module and I am still getting misfires. They go in and out. Sometimes they will be minor, others they will be major. Seems like something has a short in it but I have no clue what it would be. Also for the ABS I believe the rear sensor is bad, seems like its screwing with the car moving well (don't know how). Also, sometimes I start up the car and can drive a few minutes no misfires then all of a sudden they show up and ABS INOP comes on. I have never lost control of my brakes nor have cruise control to worry about. Any suggestions?
