oh and what the hell does the SFI after the 3.4 on my engine stand 4 ?

 

SFI = sequential fuel injection

you can do a throtle body coolant bypass.. wont do much, definetly no SOTP (seat of the pants) gains (free)

you could probably find a 1 peice steel driveshaft from an LT1 for free, or a few dollars, (once again no big gains, but will help a bit) (got mine for 12$)

find a catback from a Z for free, or cheap, and that'll help a lil more, ive seen them given away, and ive seen them go for 20$, i bought mine (with a dynomax ultraflow muffler, and a cutout) for 35$

for a few $$ you could find a set of underdrive pulleys, worth maybe .05 off your ET (got mine for 40$ + a belt)

or you could throw out some cash and get a CAI , that will help more than any of the other mods listed. (got mine for 50$ shipped)


lol, i think thats all the mods i have done to my car. and im runnin a 15.9, not bad for 147$ in mods

 

No money, no gains. Simple as that.

You want performance, you need some $$$.

w3rd, that how i used to be...

its funny, my car used to get like 13-16 MPG in highschool.. i had a heavy foot, but now i get consistentally 22-26 MPG and ive made my car a lot quicker.. but since i have a decent ammount of power now i dont get on it nearly as much

 

not a hs kid second year of college all my money goes to Books,gas,rent,oil changes,materials

 

, its cool , i know how the money situation goes.. i work my *** off in the summer to try to make enough money to make it thru the year, and now i have a lil extra..

 

Power Costs... Don't waste it unless you can do it right.
