ok, my new spech stage one clutch has been installed, and when i went to drive it, letting out on the clutch in first gear it shutters extremely badly. also in reverse except worse. my brother said it could be that the slave cylinder is to weak to handle the heaver clutch plate but thats just an idea. please help me out guys. also what clutches to yall have. or reccomend

I have the same problem. I have a spec 3. I'm pretty sure it does this because the clutch doesn't want to slip at all it just grabs. It is even worse on my friends t/a with a spec 5.

You just have to learn how to drive it all over again. I was really bad at first but now it doesn't shutter too bad.

 

Mine did it to..... You will get use to it and it will get better as you drive it.......

 

thanks guys. ive only put like maybe 6 miles on it with the new clutch, so ill go out and drive it. i hope it gets better, but it does grab nice and hard.
