Exclamation LT1 missfire and backfire

Hi everyone! I have a 89 single cab chevy 1500 that ive recently installed a 94 LT1 and 6 speed in. the motor and trans came out of a wrecked camaro withonly like 18,000 miles on it but it has been sitting up for about 8 years.everything has went great with the install! ive actually drivin the truck a few times and it has no problem firing up,but it deffinately has a misfire on at least one cylinder. its not a dead miss and its better sometimes than others, but when you put the truck in gear and put a load on it when u start to excelerate it will backfire one time and it kinda feels like its lacking power. ive checked the injectors by pulling the injector plugs lose one by one and listened for a distinct sound difference when i pulled each of them off, hoping if maybe if one didnt change the motor tone that it would deffinately be a injector not firing. well there were 2 injectors that when i unplugged it didnt change the rpm or engine tone any so i replaced them and it still does it. i put a timing light on each wire to check if they were firing and they all do. im thinking maybe it is the almighty opti...any help will be much appreciated, its my only way of going and i really need to figure this one out. THANKS!

You would probably be better off posting this in the LT1 specific forum.
