limited slip v6?

limited slip v6?

I found at lmperformance.com , SLP Camaro SS/Firehawk 98-02 Auburn Differential, does that just go right into my axle, i quite a bit about my car, but when it comes to gearing, i dont know that stuff, can i just buy the auburn differential and then im good to go or what? please help me out

o yea... i have z06 replica rims, 56mm offset back, 54mm offset front, 17x9.5 front, 18x10.5 back, with 265/40/17 aand 295/35/18, im now hearing that i may have problems with that not fitting, THANKS GUYs HELP ME OUT PLEASE

Ok this is what your going to do. your going to jack the back of the car up then your going to unbolt the inspection cover undo the two main caps should be a total of four bolts then your going to push the wheels in witch will make the C clips drop out of place then you going to take the spider gears out and the pull the carrier and the ring gear out as a unit keeping in mind witch spacer and bearing came from witch side then you going to un bolt the ring gear from the carrer they have left hand threads just for f.y.i. and then your going to bolt the knew carrier to the old ring gear and repeat how you took it apart.

That's right, even down to the left hand threds.
Your wheels and tires won't have any thing to do with how a LSD goes in your car nor will it be a factor during the install.
What year car do you have?
If it is an older car then you will need to swap in 28 spline axles.
