K&n vs. SLP

I was just wondering I bought my car a little over a month ago and it came with a K&n FIPK system, I honestly hate the way this thing looks in my engine compartment. I was wondering if their are any gains on the slp Cai unit as compared to the K&n. I'm not the kind of person to just spend 250 on something that looks better but may not perform better any suggestions?

Re: K&n vs. SLP

It will NOT perform any better, or any more to the point of noticeability. SLP uses K&N filters anyways.

yeah i figured it wouldn't make much of a difference I just personally think the K&n tube is the ugliest thing in my engine bay. thanks for the reply thats 250 dollars better spent elsewhere.
