Instrument Cluster Change-over Q's

I bought an instrument cluster from a 95 T/A. It goes up to 155mph. I want to know, if I plug it in to my car (3.8 V6) will it work correctly? If not what will be off and by how much? Also it doesn't have an odometer in it, and i was told when i bought it that i could put the odometer from my cluster in it.

Any information would be appreciated, thanks.

What year V6?If it's a 1993 to 1996 you'll be good. All you have to do is plug it in.In 1997 the interiors changed to a new style. The only problem is that your tach on the new guage will be 25% slow. For instance, you'll actually be at 5,000 RPM's when your RPM guage says 4,000 RPM's.Good luck.

I don't think you can change the odometer, you will show the miles from the new one

Thats not what I meant. The one i bought, has no odometer, I was told by the guy I bought it from that I could take the whole odometer out my old one, and just plug it in the new one, but after looking at it, it looks like it could be done, but I just wanted to know if anyone ever has, and some reassurance.
