Installing dampener... how deep on the crank should I go?

'95 Camaro 3.4L

I'm reinstalling my dampener/harmonic balancer using the installer tool from Advanced and I'm not sure how far I should keep pushing it onto the crank. Just from eyeing it, it looks like I've gone too far. When I place the pully on the dampener it looks like its farther back than the a/c pulley and alternator. I'd don't have the tensioner back on yet tho.

Should this thing be pushed all the way back till it stops on the bottom timing chain sprocket? I'm guessing so as the main center bolt that holds the dampener on wouldn't be able to be tightened unless it was all the way back, but I wanted to make sure.

Also, whats the torque specs on that main bolt?

Thanks!
