Injectors

I have noticed that you can come across V8 injectors pretty easily and cheaply with people parting out cars..

i was wondering if it would help and what kind of benefits i would get by upgrading too/putting stock V8 camaro injectors into my 97 3.8L...

For 99% of v6s, the answer is no.

Unless your current injectors aren't flowing enough, you won't get any benefit from upgrading. In fact, your idle will become way too rich because the pcm can't deal with bigger injectors.

Unless you have done heads and cam, or some type of forced induction, and have found that you are pushing the injectors past 90% duty cycle on top end, there's no need to upgrade. That would be over 18ms pulsewidths at 6000 rpms.
