Keep checking the "For sale" forums on all of the f-body sites. These come up for sale from time to time, mostly in the posts of people parting cars out.

I've replaced both of mine. Look at online junkyards that specialize in fbodies.

I got my first one from a regular junk yard and paid about $400. The second one I ordered from an oline junk yard for a little under $300.

I can't remember which one it was though. It was a long time ago.

I am kind of lucky (so far) my friends have been to stupid to realize how to turn the handle. I hate the deakers it pisses me off what they charge for parts I seriously wanted to test drive a car and pull the **** I needed after spending $93 for a tire jack (which came with nothing but the actual jack not even the tool to crank it up) $6.37 for a screw and $400 more in rip offs. Lol, but it would be a little obvious if you test drove a car and it came back with one t-top.

I found this link a few weeks ago and passed it on to the forum, but maybe everyone didn't see it. Not sure about the company, but they look good from the site. Another good source for tops is also e-bay. I searched the other day and found a few there for sale. Good luck. Here's that site. http://www.sunroofdoctor.com/9301fbodyttops.htm

Cool

Hey just do to the junk yard at night and hop the fince, or get something like to get over it and go still it. If you could I would try and get both. I don;t steal but it was a idea!! Then you could sell the other one!~! Its not the right way to go but a man gots to do what a man gots to do!! Ask your insurence about it the might pay something because your car was being broken into.

Always make sure they are latched too. I had a buddy walk up and say, "hey, last night in town, last take the top off" he starts to unlatch, I say no, he gets in, we go back to our cabin and go to bed later. Next morning, heading back to Lincoln, I kind of start to hear a rattling...gosh whats that...vhooomph...it goes flying, and if you've ever seen a t-top in your rearview mirror, it flies and in like a nice slow motion mode.

Anyone seen "black sheep" you know with chris farley....my bud had the ***** to turn to me and say, "of all the things i've seen....that was AWESOME!" ..pause..."sorry about your car dude". Anyway, long story short used t-tops will cost you like $500.
