How to adjust rockers on a 3.1? Need help!
How do you adjust the rockers on a 3.1? The book says torque them to 18 ft lbs, is that with both valves closed or in any position? I tightened them all to 18 ft lbs and now they are noisy.
Can anyone help me here?
