ok heres what i did to make those scoops do some thing...

i used a jig saw and just cut out the space and went back with a file to smooth it out.

and then i reused the back trim and drilled about 100 holes in it were they were outlined



and here it is al done



so what do you guys think about it?

oh and you may need some glue to hold the back trim back in place

 

so what do they do now?

 

just let air go under the hood, in theory help keep everything cool
