My hose is leaking. I got a replacement hose but I have no idea on how tight to tighten the nuts. Do you put teflon tape on the threads? I am assuming you put the O-ring on the end and tighten it down. I just dunno how tight to do it.

Any tips on replacing the high pressure hose would be great. I know I have to bleed the system which is no big deal. I just want to know that I put the hose on right.
