Angry Here we go again after 7 months

New problems on my camaro (3.8L V6). It's running way rough. plugs and wires are relatively new, they only have about 5k miles on them. when i plugged it up i got codes for left and right bank both rich, EGR pintle position sensor (replaced it and it isn't running any better) and multiple/random misfire. Ran it after i replaced the EGR valve and showed ever one of the previous codes except for the EGR related one. still the multiple/random misfires. Anyone have suggestions on what else to check? i'm thinking fuel injectors might be playing a part but i don't want to start spending money and it not be fixed when i could go ahead and get a new motor for it. it has 139k miles on it but those 3.8s typically last. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be the coil packs.

I know your post was a while ago. Did you find out the problem? The first thing off the top of my head would be the coil interface (also called ignition) module. It the flat back module that interfaces with all the coils and would explain almost all of that. Usually you don't have all the coils go bad at once, however multiple misfire can be explained by this as it is a single point of failure for all coils

yeah that makes sense especially since one of the coils is new. I'll have to look into that. I do know my cat is dead that is very obvious. but the ignition module does make a lot of sense i'll have to look into that. thanks for mentioning it. I'll be sure to let y'all know what i come up with

Well she's finally running again. turned out the 2/5 coil pack had completely burned out. got her going and cleaned up a lot of stuff and she's running like a dream now.
