there is a little relay type thing that you could try replacing. I havent actually done this for my camaro, but in other chevys. I believe it is behind the panel under the steering wheel. I am not sure, but I wanna call it a Wells or Wagner or something like that. The ones I have seen, are little metal cylinders. You just gotta unplug it and plug in the new one. Its been a while, but I think that fixed the no blinking blinker....

Well, I had just one doing the same thing(staying on, but not blinking). I changed out the bulbs, the relay under the hood, and now (i just got back from lunch) both sides aren't blinking..

The flash relay is located on the drivers side behind a panel where your right knee would be. It's a small silver cylinder about 2" long. It's held in with a pain in the butt clip, but once you get it free it's easy to change out. If you bulbs come on but don't flash......it's definately the relay I'm speaking of. The clicking you normally hear is the relay you need to change. They're only like $5-6 at Pep Boys or wherever you buy parts. If your turning lamps turn on when you use your signal but don't flash....it's not the bulbs, so don't worry about swapping around the bulbs or anything else. Get the relay....and you're golden.

Last night I took my dash apart to find the silver relay. I didn't find anything that looked like a silver relay, heck I didn't find anything silver under the dash. What is the relay model number?
