Hi guys. I hope some of you can help. When I start my V6 cold it takes several seconds and usually it will start a little quicker if I hold the throttle to the floor. After it starts it will run pretty rough and there's a strong exhaust smell. At a stop light the idle will get rough (Like a lope with a cam) if you sit there 30 seconds or so. Now it just started stalling the first time I stop after starting it cold. The idle feels like it increases then it stalls. It starts right back up and will also start fine if engine is warm and hasn't been sitting over 10 minutes or so.

I don't get an SES light when it does this. I know the SES light works because I have gotten it when I disconnect any of the sensors when I'm troubleshooting.

I've changed the fuel filter and IAC valve. I'v checked the MAF sensor and it seems OK but I'm not sure of the best way to check it.
