Headlight replacment

How hard is it to replace the head lights and where would I go to get new ones. Would pep-boys or somthing of that sort be fine? Or is the dealership a better idea?

The dealership is always a last resort.

Almost any auto parts store will have the bulbs you need. Not sure what kind of car you have though. If it's a 98-02 Camaro they are very easy to change.

Welcome to the board.

93-97 headlights are a piece of cake. There are two torx screws you need to remove in order for the "retainer" to come out and then you pull out the old headlamp, disconnect and then reverse the order. I just replaced my bulbs last night (to higher wattage ) in 5 minutes for both sides.

The top screw is the one on the upper right corner and there is another one that is harder to see underneath to the middle-right.

You just need to find you whatever kind of bulb you want to use in the sizes of 9006 for the low beams, and 9005 for the high beams. Then search the appearance section for directions.
