Dunno about the headlight, but dump a can of Seafoam into your tank and you're good to go. (Do a search for Seafoam if you don't know what it is; it's been discussed 8437523580692692 times before )

Your headlight is victim of heat and UV damage. A cheap way to sort of clear it up is to use 3M Polishing compound on the outside of the lens. That should clear it up a "little" bit. Best advice, look on ebay for new headlights. Probably get some for around $50.

for the headlights, yeah sometimes you can buff them out but replacments are a good idea.

as for the fuel cleaner. Check around some of the local shops and see if any of they carry BG products and get yourself a can of "44K" it;s expensive but it's the best that I have ever used. I ahve used it in my car and countless customer cars

If they're "foggy" as in water vapor condensation than remove them, uplug the drain hole and put them next to your furnace. After a day seal them up and put them back in.

Maybe put a little silicone around the gasket just to make sure its leakproof.
