Fuel leak, wont start

OK its a 95 v6, its had hard starting for a while, Then it would get to where it wouldnt even start, we took it to have the injectors cleaned on a machine that screws into the valve on the fuel rail, that would cure it, for about a month or little longer, but today it started doing the same thing, so i checked fuel pressure, and turned key on, immediatly jumps to a little over 40 and as soon as the pump turns off, pressure starts dropping, and within a minute its at 0 pressure. I pulled the fuel rail loose, to check if it was leaking didnt visually see anything. could it be bad pump?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

after the pump primes pressure will drop, thats normal.

but when you turn the key it should start priming again and keep pressure high.

mine usually take about 5-10 to drop to zero

dunno how long it should take on a stock regulator
