How coincidental, my 3.8L V-6 hit 330 HP and 397 Ft/Lbs of torque at the wheels too.

what noises?

well if it goes hopefully it will jsut be the bottom gears.

I found it easier to drive with 1st, 3rd, 5th then 2nd, 4th and reverse

Then agains it also sucks when you can get in any gears.(happened when I trahsed my dad's 3.8L had ot have it towed, funny I never towed my lil' 3.4L yet *knock on wood*)

So have any tranny plans? gonna try a T-56 swap, I really looked into it with me trashin T-5s, or are you oging to go the easier, affordable route of a TH700R4 or even a TH350?

Much cheaper to get a 1989 Turbo T/A than to get a non-force fed V-6 F body and make it turbo/super charged. Not to mention the difference in durability. An LC2 can easily make 400+hp and as much (or more) TQ without cracking open the engine. Not many stock V-8s can say that.

You can get an '89 TTA for under 10k, add $500 worth of bolt-ons over stock and run 12's all day .

Thanks,

Well of course, but you are spending $10k for a 14 year old car.

You can get a 94 3.4L for roughly $2k-4k, and spend $4k modding it and run 12s. May not be the king of hte hill, but it is differnet.

Or you could spend $6k and get a nice used lt1.

Or even jsut swap in a turbo 3.8L(which someone is doing).
