Electric Superchargers

Does anyone have any information on electric superchargers? I can get a deal (50% off 1,200 to $600) on one, but Im skeptical about them. Sounds too good to be true...... So any information you guys have would be greatly appreciated.

DO NOT GET ONE!

they are a waste of money, they do not spoin enough air to actually give ytou any gians, nad if they did they will take away engien power reduding any gains given, if its not used by NASCAR, Formula 1, INDY, NHRA, WRC, then its usesless.

when somehtin claims better gas mileage, and more pwoer nad its not an ingiton systme, then its B.S. and a waste of money.
