Question edelbrock exhaust

Hey I was wondering if anyone has an edelbrock exhaust or has heard one on the v6's. They have a sound clip of it on the LT1 on edelbrock.com and it sounds pretty mean. Ya I know are cars aren't LT1's, but hey can it really sound that bad?!?

what kinda car is it on?

3.8L generally sound ricier, but the 3.4L sounds more like a truck, I guess cuz it ha a cam grind for a truck.

I ahve no idea how it will sound but on average, most aftermarket exhasuts sound decent on 3.4L in my expeorience.

I've got that exhaust on my 3.4L.

I highly recommend it. I got the 3", you might want to get the 2.5" if you're more concerned about drivability than performance.

The 2.5" gives modest performance gains, and keeps the torque that's down low there. The 3" gives greater top-end performance, but you do lose some low-end torque. But my car really wakes up above 3000 RPM now.

Does it sound pretty mean all the time or does it(like most of them) get ricey in the higher rpm's? Thanks for the help.

Actually, I think it sounds BETTER in the higher RPM's than the lower RPM's. One thing to keep in mind though, is that this exhaust is LOUD. I'd say that it sounds good at idle, slightly above, and then above about 2500 RPM. In that low range, it doesn't sound so great.

At least, that's what I think.
