every once in a while my check engine light will come on under hard driving or sometimes extended periods of driving what could be the problem

i dont think it is anything major because the car runs like brand new and is in mint condition

 

Go pull the code at Autozone. If its under load or extended periods of like freeway driving, I would guess it could be a trouble code for your cat but to be turthful I don't know if a 3.4 has a sensor after the cat. If it does that would be my guess. since this sensor only checks how good your cat is working, that would be my guess.

how hard is it to change the o2 sensors i see that there is 2 of them one on each manifold??

how much would a pair of bosch ones cost??

I would get it scanned first to find out the problem before you worry about what it might be.
