Car Recalls ? do they apply to none original owners ?
Car Recall repairs will dealerships do them for non original owners and has anything been recalled on 94 3.4l Camros ?

Dealers have to perform all recalls, no matter if you are the first or tenth owner.
Don't mix recalls to TSB's (technical service bulletins), though. They are different thing and have more to do with daily stuff.
