can opener trip to do a fuel pump
......just where is the pump located- midway on the raised section....?......I realize that this is heresy.....but the car has caused me multiple problems......this is the last straw......I cannot take any more......!...I tried to be kind to it.......it will be sold after all this..............jim

....success....!.....got a pump on ebay from global automotive- $33.....perfect......I cut a trap door.....pump is close to the back- about 5 inches away.......use extreme caution in cutting on the right side..... do NOT cut in the depression- but rather over onto the high surface......tank is plastic- and is very close here to the shelf- about 3/4 inch away......with the help of several youtube videos, the job was easy.......car runs perfect.......!.......maybe I will keep it now........
