has anyone used a turbo from a 6.5 diesel because i have accuried one real cheep and i was wondering what the least amount of stuff i would need to make it work on my car (if possible) and no im not gona save up and but a aftermarket one becuase money is an issue and im savin up to drop a lt1 in but i have this turbo layin around and ideas get in my head

 

I would think that turbo would be way too big for your engine. As in you wont have much boost until you get up there real high in RPMS. That is if it will even work in the first place.

 

if you're going to use a diesel turbo get a holset off a dodge ram, they spool fast, on the ford 2.3 4 bangers (that i use) they spool around 3500, thats what i'm getting

and you can get them for $250 normally
