Buddy Help

Okay my buddy goal10dr had realized his 96 bird looks great but will not ever be worth really hopping up. (heck is ride is the nicest cleanest I have seen) Heck he has some mods and it is a 16 sec car and even with more mods he will still be a 15 sec car. So instead he plans to add some flare to his white bird. Any good parts out there to add a flashy touch to a six...

(not bashin a six I used to have a 2.8 third gen, but stil l ran faster than his 3.8)

He did the SLP IAC and it screwed up his AC.. We took it off and his AC worked again. He has a conical filter, but I feel needs a new one. New plugs, Shift Plus.. His average is 16.1 out of 11 runs or so.. He has run a 15.9… It just sucks because why toss over 1K into it to still not be faster than a neon. It also sucks my old 1986 2.8 would dog his as he is now… Now my 2.8 was an auto and came stock with 3.42 gears

Now on the other hand his ride is flawless… Toss the money into appearance and make it look even better… Pay it off then consider a v8 swap…Or Turbo… See he owes more than if he bought a 1997LT1 and he bought a 1996 3.8… Now I got mine with 69K on the ODO and he had 31K original… Nice, but I have a tad more options and the V8.

I also think his 3.08 gears are a travisity to the car.. Our buddies 3.4 smokes his a$$ of the line by a car length because of the gears and the auto. I suggested 3.73 gears and my dad said 3.73 or nothing, but even then he will feel faster but be no where near fast enough..
