Is this bad for my Trans?

I am not very Transmission smart.

When i shift from reverse to drive while its still moving backwards does it cause wear?(It never jerks or anything. Just very minor movement.)

Also I have a habit of downshifting to 2nd when i go down hills so it keeps me at a lower speed.

Do these wear/stress the Tranny?

I do the same thing sometimes. Im sure over time, it may hurt something. As far as shifting into 2nd, it shouldn't hurt anything unless your going too fast for that gear when you shift into it.

If your going pretty slow in reverse when you put it into D then it won't hurt the car. Same with downshifting, really depends how fast your going when you shift it into second.
