Auburn differential help

Auburn differential help

i just ordered the auburn differential, wasnt thinking, and later learned that there are diferent kinds and this and that. i dont know if i ordered the right one, is it just a replacement? do i already have a diferential ? WHAT IS A DIFERENTIAL, cus now im confused, only my right tire spins when i take off, i was told if i got a new diferential that i would get both tires turning, but like limited slip, not posi, guys help me, here is what i ordered....

That one will replace the one you already have and should have it put in professionally if you don't know what your doing cause you can cause it to whine and stuff and theres a 500 mile break in time so you cant gun it in that time.

All RWD cars have some sort of differential.

Posi = GM's name for limited slip

Installing just the carrier (another name for the differential, since it holds the ring gear) is pretty simple. There is no need to take any measurments or anything like that.
