98 3800 Oil Pressure Sensor Problem

So, my oil pressure sensor was leaking oil. No big deal, so I went out and got a new one. I used an adjustable wrench to slowly loosen it out of the motor. I'm noticing the plastic looks real brittle, so i went as slow as possible. Well, the plastic snapped off leaving the threads inside the female end on the motor. Its a bit too wide to get out with a bolt extractor. I can't get a good grip on the threads with a pair of needle nose pliers. Any ideas? I don't want to ruin the threads on the block. If that doesn't make sense, just think of a screwed in light bulb where the glass breaks, but the metal end is still in the socket. In this case the pressure sensor is the bulb, and the block is the socket. Thanks in advance.
