96 RS issues
ok i just bought a 96 rs that was in a fender bender, ok well hers whats wrong with it, it has the v6 in it and it stalls alot when i press on the gas and even more when the engine warms up, and the hazzards randomly turn on and to get them to shut off i have to slam the glovebox shut. any help would be great. ooo and watertemp gauge dont work and the oil pressure is always max is that normal, and where are the impact sensors located

The stalling could be any number of things... IAC (idle air control) comes to mind. Know idea about the hazards... probally just the switch. The water temp and the oil pressure sound like the senders are bad. My oil pressure read max once and I swapped out the sender.. worked fine since. The impact (air bag) sensor is located under the center console between the front two seats.

another thing should the 3.8 be redlining at 4g or could i have gotten a car someone has already tweaked the ecu in.
and is this the original rs body kit im looking for a replacment

The 3.8 red lines at about 5600 - 5750 rpm. Sounds like someone either reprogramed the ECU or installed a rev limiter.... do you have an MSD box? These can also have a rev limiter that can be set. I have had my 3.8 well over 4g.
