Unhappy 93 V6 tries to die after its warmed up.. whats wrong?

This car has been serviced on the clock for everything! Oil, Coolant, Plugs+Wires... so here lately after the car has warmed up if you dont give it gas, it wants to die. The rpms fall to 500 and sometimes below. The headlights will dim and then brighten if driving at night when it does this. Most of the time you have to give it gas upon start up after you've drove it a while because it dies as soon as it gets started. Could this be the fuel pump going out? Coils??? Anyone got any clues? The car doesn't miss or studder. Runs great, just has the symptoms i just listed. the car is a 1993 V6 Camaro A4 Thanks for any help!

I also wanted to add that when the car starts all these symptoms after its warmed up, the oil needle bounces around like crazy! I mean bouncing! Not floating, Any ideas?

If you can I wodl do a compression test on all 6 cylinders, maye want to do mine last if anyone else comes up with anything else smaller to do.

For some reason I think maybe you have a blown headgasket, I had a 4.3L truck that did the same thing you are explaining, had a blown headgasket, we had to make sure it cooled down before we talked to the dealer about trading it in, he started it and drove it around the parking lot and that was it
