93-97 conversion to 98+

i was wondering if i pulled the frenders, hood, bumper, lights, and light support from a 98+ camaro, would i be able to directly bolt them on to a 93-97?? (no custom fiberglassing or cutting or anything, just direct bolt on)

and was also wondering if i could take the hatch part (with wing) from my 94 and put a ss hatch piece on it (with ss wing), as a direct bolt on, and would everything line up from the body

Hmm, i thought the general concensus was that the 98+'s looked like sebrings, and the pre 98's were the mean looking ones? I personally dont like the way the 98+'s look without an SS hood or something like that. the 93-97's are much more 'muscular' looking.

Yea, i mean, i have an SS hood, but i sure as hell aint puttin SS wheels, wing, and badges on it, cause then when i lose to a low 14 second honda or something, he will brag all over the internet and to his friends that he took down an SS.

Re: 93-97 conversion to 98+

i'm not going to put ss badges on the car. and the reason i got a domestic is so that i wouldn't be so tempted to race anymore.
as far as the conversion goes, i just like the way they look, so that's what i'm going for....end of story

Re: 93-97 conversion to 98+

Because if you drive an import, you want to race more?

I dont get it. Domestics arent necessarily 'faster', and if you wanted a car that you felt confident enough driving that you didnt HAVE to race anyone to proove anything, shoulda got something faster.

Im lost here............

Re: 93-97 conversion to 98+

alright, alright here.
i had imports both modified and i raced them because all my friends had imports and would want me to race with them at the "runs"
i didn't want anymore tickets, so i bought a different car, so that i wouldn't be into the "import racing" scene anymore.

as far as the conversion thing goes, i love the way the ss looks so i just want to make my car look like it.

is that clear?
