Question 90 V6 3.1L Q's (head gaskets)

I have to do the drivers side head gasket as it leaks antifreeze and sometimes stinks

how big of a deal is this? are the head bolts the torque to yield kind? what's involved in tightening the rockers arms if i remove the head.
is there any chance of getting poly locks for them? would the comcams roller tip rockers work if i wanted to try them?

the good thing about this is the intake would have to be taken off, so i can give that a cleaning. the car has 115k, runs decent. i was also thinking about doing the timing chain while i was at it.

she really wants to keep the car and i'll be honest i havent done much to it in years, so i figured if i give a few weeksends up to wrench on it, it's should last a few more years.
I just have no experieince with this type of motor, but have done work like this before, so if anyone has any type of feedback i'm all ears so to speak.

i guess i'd do both head gaskets while i'm at it. i just hope the head or block isnt warped or cracked. it's leaking towards the drivers side rear cylinder, last one, i believe thats #3 on this motor? not a huge leak, but it is wet and sometimes you smell that antifreeze burn

i dont seem to get any in the oil or loose any oil.
thanks
