1) yes, you would have to fabricate a tube to move the throttle body away from the rear of the engine bay to the side of the motor http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/757276/4 there is an example of what you would have to do, hope you know someone that is a really good fabricator
2) dont know, from indiana, we do what we want
3)yes, just take the transmission out of the computer
my brother has a V6 camaro and we were told by everyone that it couldnt be done, but in australia they have them in a rear wheel drive car, judging by everything that i can see it is very possible to do it, look closely at the motor, look at where the throttle body unbolts from the supercharger, and if it looks like you could make a turn there and then re connect the throttle body you would be golden, look at the supercharged mustang cobras, they do the same thing. if you have money for the motor (and then some for making a throttle body tube and for headers ect go for it) if a SC 3.8 can put an impalla into the 11s, it can put an f body into the 11s **disclaimer i am not saying you would be in the 11s by doing this swap, just saying that with other modifications that the impalla and gtp guys are doing you could be there running with them**

how close are the camaro3.8 and the buick 3.8... obviously they are the same block and heads but what about cam and pistons...did gm upgrade the supercharged version in any way?

the supercharged l67 has better rods and diferent pistons, and the injectors are in the heads(the m90 is too wide for the injectors to be in the intake manifold)

The heads are the same design, only difference is the injectors.
The car in those photos is not an f-body so who knows what clearances are. The L67 with the Aussie version of the Eaton M90 blower will work on a 3.8 F-body (but they are getting hard to find).

the only way you can find out is by measuring. people say diffrent things. most dont know what they are talking about, early RWD 3.8s have a diffrent trans bolt pattern than the FWDs, i am not 100% sure but the FWD and RWD blocks in late model cars ie f body 3.8s have the same bolt pattern, some guy i was talking to said that when guys want to supercharge their 3.8s they get a SC block for the heads and then just put a centerfugal on it
