You can get a cam from crane the 272-2-H cam.
Your stock intake manifold 3.4 is crap, I have one and it needed to be ported out real bad.
You could get a 2.8 or 3.1 upper and lower plentum it would flow better than your 3.4 plentum. Also put some spacers in between your upper and lower plentum, that would help.
With that cam your intake and heads will be getting in the way so you will need port them out some.
Your stock intake makes its torque from idel-4500 the 272 cam makes its power from 2000-5000. So over 4000 you new cam if you use that one won't do crap.
you need to put new springs on the heads if you go over .440'' put some $42 kmotion K-700 springs on your heads and do nothing else and you will be good for .500'' of lift.

first off , oil pan.. its a plenum.. not a plentum

i was told that american muscle motorsports was having a deal on pacescetter headers this month.. http://www.ammperformance.com/V6Main.htm

AMM also sells all the other parts you are looking for except for heads/intakes

if you need a set of stock heads/manifolds that im looking to sell.

or if you are looking at a set of ported heads, i also have a set of them (not the best porting job, but will definetly flow better than stock)

umm, i'll try to find some web space to throw some pics up tonight or tomorow afternoon (i cant upload to my AOL webspace for some reason )

i honestly have no idea what oil pan is talking about with the 3.1L stuff, unless he is talking of a 3100 or 3400 top end swap.

no these heads will not flow as much as a 3100 or 3400 head, but a 3X00 head/ intake swap is very complicated and involves a lot of custom fabriaction

i have had no dealings with the iron headed 3.1L heads or intakes, so i really cant compare them.

(oh just for your info, im selling these heads cause i deicded i want to tackle the 3X00 swap)

i'll get some pics for ya soon

3x00 - 3100 or 3400

by these heads not flowing as much as 3400 heads , i meant the ported iron heads

so you know.. you do not have a 3400, you have a 3.4L , its a rear wheel drive motor with iron heads

the 3400 motors came in FWD cars and had alumnium heads

Iron 2.8 3.1 3.4 heads have 57-55 cc chambers.
aluminium 3400 3100 heads have 42-45 cc chambers.
If you keep the camaro pistons I think you will end up with a 12:1+ C/R.
