my friend has a 1995 camaro 3.8 v6 i put a fuel guage on it because he said it will not start,it had zero fuel pressure so we put a pump in it and still no start or fuel pressure but if we jump the relay by the driver side kick panel the
pump will prime but still no start its getting spark.i put my scanner on it so i could command the fuel pump relay but it is saying can't communicate with module did the ecm burn out .

 

Unless you have the GM scanner (or a few other select models) you aren't going to be able to connect to the 95...

Been there, tried that, the system is some weird franken-hybrid of OBDI and OBDII

 

Have you checked the fuse for the fuel pump?

 

fuel pump fuse is good

 

Does it run (briefly) if you spray staring fluid up the intake?
