02 Camaro

My mom is having trouble with her Jeep, Dodge , and she drove my car the other day, for the first time, and really liked it. So my dad was looking for her one. What do you guys think of this one?

Re: 02 Camaro

It's an automatic, so the gear is going to be 3.42 regardless of the Y87 package.

Re: 02 Camaro

Just look what kind of exhaust system it has

If it's only one pipe out the left then no

If it's got two turned down tips out each side then yes

Either way your mom probibly doesnt care, only useful thing in the Pkg is the LSD and I havent had any probilems without it.

non y87 are 3.08/open diffy and drum brakes, 1994-1997
y87 is 3.42 and LSD and disk brakes 1994-1997 (in 1998 and up that have rear disk already)

it will say Y-87 on the door or in the glove box or above the gas tank (you have to drop the tank lol
