Z28 vs..... accord???
Ive had my camaro back on the road for a couple of weeks now (I dont drive it during the winter here), but the last weekend was the first truly nice day out. Warm sunshine, roads were clear - perfect! Im cruising down the freeway coming up to my favourite offramp: long 180* turn, 3 lanes wide. The bike guys love knee dragging this one.
I pull over to the exit lane at a good rate of speed, and this guy in a newer accord coupe thought while Id kill him on the straight, he could teach me a lesson on the offramp. I could have pulled over to another lane, kept on the gas and late braked him with the C5 brakes, but just to humour him, I stayed behind and let him set the braking point.
He notices that Im following him and overcooks it a bit. I hear his front tires howling as he struggles to stay in his line. Ive taken this corner at least 30 km's faster and not even breaking a sweat at this speed. I casually move over to the outside lane and blow his doors off while still cornering on the offramp.
I dont know what some people are thinking sometimes. 60/40 weight distribution, pizza cutter sized all season and wrong wheel drive do not make for good handling cars.

No but seriously. This guy on myspace (some toolshed from HS) has pics of his mitsubishi galant or some ****.. and one of them has skid marks leading to going off the road. His caption is "even sport-tuned suspension couldn't help this time".
I left him a nasty comment
