lol guy in the c5 would have had a lot of explaining to do to his insurance company had he smashed into the back of the ferrari like it looked like he was going to do. The best part was the high-speed lane changes------ WITH BLINKERS! lol Guy in the ferrari is very courteous, even in racing situations.

the audio in that clip is awesome, it sounded like the vette might have had a supercharger or turbo, i heard a slight hissing noise when he shifted and let off the gas

Is that really the way peeps drive these days? Boyz, the vette driver's gear shifts in that video are majorly slo-mo.

I would guess I shift about 5 times faster than dude, no lie. I'm noticing that in a lot of these videos lately. Nearly 1/2 second per shift. Same with the "Viper racin' the bikes" video. That guy was shifting for crap.

What is up with that? With a good shifter bolted in, you ought to be gating your shifts about as fast as an auto. These guys are shifting about as well as a teenage girl student driver, IMO. Fast cars. Lame shifting.

they are shifting slow, but i think it is beacause they dont know when they have to hit the brakes. it was a highly populated area with a lot of traffic. if i know i am going to have to slow down or down shift, i take it easy too. BUT if there is any opportunity to slam through the gears, i do that on a daily basis! if it breaks, I see it as an opportunity (for better parts)!!!!
