v6 fbody kill lol

Lastnight me and 2 friends were coming home from king's inn in dartmouth about 12:00am on Rt 24. I was feeling kinda frisky as a v6 camaro paced me for a sec and took off. I hesitated on the idea of wasting gas on a v6 but I gave in and caught up to him. from 80ish to 100 I was two cars ahead and by 130 he was way back there. I was kinda suprised, he gave me a "good" run to 100 for a v6. It got me thinking if something is wrong with my car so now I need to take it to the track! I also passed a red 97ish cobra, but he didn't want to play sometimes I think the cutout is a deterant!!!!!

yeah it was my dead spot, plus the added weight of two passengers probably didn't help. but I still figured i'd pull him stronger in my dead spot.

My friend had a V6 Camaro and I raced him with my 97 Blazer V6 to V6 now that was fun.

odd... how he even kept up... and I bet he really stopped pulling around 120.... or even less if he has gears Even if you were stock... but with those mods... you should have wasted him, any chance he was spraying?

v6s have speed limiters, cuts fuel to the motor around 120, though some have it at 110, if he had gears and a non-reporgrammed computer($100), it will kick in earlier...

Unless he has a $300 HPP3 or custom programing, both of which are kind of rare.

I found it odd also , I don't know if he was stock or modded. I did "waste" him, he was a town back by the time I hit 130ish.
