Took a pretty good whuppin last night

Headed out to the track yesterday with my cousin and speed2much - unfortunately the track was closed so we headed back. On the way Speed2much and I decided to go from a roll.

From 50mph we hit it - Lou says he left early but it wouldn't have mattered anyway - he pulled a car at first and from there it was a steady pull away from me till about 110mph.

Killed

I'm running 12.3-12.4 @110/111 and Lou has run a 13.0@113 on street tires. He's got a full bolt on Z with LE2 head/cam package. Car runs good - real good IMO.

He's got a mover that's for sure. I'm sure he'll hit low 12's maybe 11's with some DR's on it.

Here's his mods:
LE2 Ported and Polished Heads/Cam
Ported and Polished Manifold
SLP CAI
Vortec Metal Elbow
58MM TB
38# Injectors
Beehive Springs
Hyd. Roller Lifters
Comp R 1.6 Rocker Arms
Chromoly Pushrods
Double Roller Timing Chain
Pacesetter Long Tubes/Y-Pipe
(no cats)
Hooker exhaust System
3.73's
4000 Stall
TransGo Shift Kit
Electric Water Pump
ODB1 Conversion
Subframe Connectors

I'm hoping that once I get the car tuned and run with lower gas in the tank I can hit around a 112-113. Would be pretty cool for me.

Nice run, I was wondering who you lost too. Let me know the next time you guys are heading out, I need some times with my setup before the stall.

LOL, I finally found your post! Hey i got my throttle body cable fixed, it took me all of about 5 seconds, hehe. I wish it was close to 118mph trap speeds like someone just posted. Maybe by the end of summer I dont care if i am running 101 or 113 or 130 though. We need to head back up there this week, its suppse to be nice! Maybe Wednesday
